Shipping Guidance Related COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, EMS delivery is not possible in some areas. In this case, it will be sent to UPS or SF Express, and in the case of UPS, you will be charged an additional charge.
We ask for your understanding of the additional shipping costs.
The following countries will be sent to UPS and requires an additional charge. We will send you an e-mail with the additional cost after ordering.
UPS Shipment Area : Greece, the Netherlands, Nepal, Norway, New Zealand, Denmark, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Ireland, Austria, Iran, Israel, Egypt, the Czech Republic, Chile, Cambodia, Colombia, Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Hungary, Australia
The following countries will be sent to SF Express
SF Shipment Area : Japan (Except Tokyo and Osaka), Taiwan
Shipping Event for Overseas Customer
EMS: We pay 50% of the shipping cost.
UPS: We pay 25% of the shipping cost.
SF Express: We pay 50% of the shipping cost.
*We pay for shipping based on EMS. UPS and SF Express are additional carriers due to COVID-19. The event discount rate is different because it is not our contract account. We ask for your understanding.
* Due to COVID-19, the delivery is being delayed regardless of courier.
Please understand that it may be longer than the normal delivery period.
We ship all packages via EMS with tracking number
International shipping fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight (including box weight)
Mostly it will be delivered within 7-20 days during non-seasonal times of the year. Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
If you find any faults in the products, we are happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can return the unused goods to us within 2 weeks for your money back.
Please note that refunds will be given for the item cost only, and the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.

Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
