All orders are shipped via EMS, and you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
International shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of your order (including packaging).
If any additional shipping charges are required, we will notify you by email.

Shipping usually takes 4–10 days, but some items may require additional processing time.

Refund Policy

If you find any faults in the products, we are happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can return the unused goods to us within 2 weeks for your money back.
Please note that refunds will be given for the item cost only, and the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying. 
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
