The following characteristics are natural features of handmade production and linen fabric and are not considered defects. Therefore, exchanges or returns due to these reasons are not accepted. - Due to the nature of the fabric, slight uneven coloration may occur - Threads of different colors may be mixed in, or minor thread clumping may be present - As each item is handmade, the placement of logos and labels may vary slightly - The fabric edges may not be perfectly straight, and slight size variations may occur - Needle marks or chalk marks may appear during the sewing process
DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes 4–10 days. Posters, canvas, and phone cases are made to order, so they may take a little longer. Orders are normally shipped by EMS. For countries where EMS is not available, we will use UPS instead.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
