Enamel cups are made by coating a metal base with glaze and firing it at high temperatures, resulting in excellent durability, heat resistance, and long-lasting color. Lightweight and versatile, they are ideal for both indoor use and outdoor activities such as camping. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in pattern or color may occur.
- Oven, stovetop, and induction safe (not microwave-safe) - The handle may become hot when heated or filled with hot contents—use caution to avoid burns - After washing, dry thoroughly with the opening facing down to prevent rust - If washed in a dishwasher, remove promptly, dry completely, and store upright - Clean gently with a soft sponge and mild detergent

The following characteristics are inherent to enamelware and are not considered defects; exchanges or returns cannot be accepted for these reasons: - Dark rim lines are part of the glaze, not exposed metal - Small holes or minor rust marks may occur from the glazing process - Tiny bubbles or pinholes may be present
DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes 4–10 days. Posters, canvas, and phone cases are made to order, so they may take a little longer. Orders are shipped by EMS. For countries where EMS is not available, we will use UPS instead.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
