Avoid metal cleaning tools when cleaning, please use a soft sponge.
Safe for the dishwasher but not suitable for microwave.
The edges might have rough textures residue so please be cautious.
To prevent staining, please wash the tray immediately.
There may be subtle scratches, fine spots, dots, bubbles, irregularities.
This is natural in the process of making, please ensure careful purchase.
It is difficult to exchange due to discoloration that occurred during use.

DELIVERY
Posters, canvas and phone cases are order-to-made products.
It can takes about 4~10 days to make the products.
It's normally delivered by EMS,
but some countries where EMS are not available can be shipped by UPS or SF Express.

해외 배송지가 일본인 경우, 현지 배송사인 SAGAWA와 YAMATO를 이용하고 있습니다. EMS보다 배송비가 더 저렴합니다.
If the overseas shipping destination is Japan, we use local shipping company called SAGAWA and YAMATO.
The shipping cost will be lower than the EMS.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. 
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 
Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
