CARE
- Before first use, hand-wash gently in lukewarm water. - Use a soft sponge and mild detergent. - When stacking, place a sheet of tissue or paper between pieces to prevent scratches. - Avoid sudden temperature changes and direct contact with flame or heat sources. - Prolonged exposure to bleach may cause discoloration. - Metal utensils may leave marks when impacted. - As this is a handmade product, slight variations in shape and tiny speckles can naturally occur. - Dishwasher is available, and washing with hot water and then rinsing with cold water can cause microscopic cracks on the ceramic surface. - Cleaning in a dishwasher that comes into contact with metal can cause scratches or peel off the rim hand painting. Place it so that it does not come into contact with other bowls. - Microwave safe. Not oven safe.

The following characteristics are natural to handmade bone china and are not considered defects; exchanges or returns cannot be accepted for these reasons: - Minor glaze flow - Small marks on the base - Tiny speckles on the surface - Subtle variations in hand-painted rim thickness or brush strokes
DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes 4–10 days. Posters, canvas, and phone cases are made to order, so they may take a little longer. Orders are normally shipped by EMS. For countries where EMS is not available, we will use UPS instead.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
