Products made with paper, canvas, and phone cases are made-to-order items.
As production begins after your order is placed, exchanges or refunds are unfortunately not available.
We kindly ask you to check carefully before completing your purchase.

For posters or canvas products in large sizes (over 500mm), shipping will be arranged separately.
In this case, we will contact you by email with the additional shipping cost.

Production usually takes about 4–10 days.
Orders are normally shipped via EMS.
For destinations where EMS is not available, delivery will be made through UPS.

해외 배송지가 일본인 경우, 현지 배송사인 SAGAWA와 YAMATO를 이용하고 있습니다.
EMS보다 배송비가 더 저렴합니다.
If the overseas shipping destination is Japan, we use local shipping company called SAGAWA and YAMATO.
The shipping cost will be lower than the EMS.
