DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes 4–10 days. Posters, canvas, and phone cases are made to order, so they may take a little longer. Orders are normally shipped by EMS. For countries where EMS is not available, we will use UPS or SF Express instead.
해외 배송지가 일본인 경우, 현지 배송사인 SAGAWA와 YAMATO를 이용하고 있습니다. EMS보다 배송비가 더 저렴합니다. If the overseas shipping destination is Japan, we use local shipping company called SAGAWA and YAMATO. The shipping cost will be lower than the EMS. 海外配送地が日本の場合,ヤマト運輸と佐川急便を利用しています。 EMSより配送費が格安です。
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
