ORDER & DELIVERY Products made with paper, canvas, and phone cases are order-to-made products. If production starts after the order, the order cannot be exchanged or refunded. So please purchase carefully. Poster or canvas in large sizes over 500mm are shipped separately from other products, so we will inform you of the shipping cost by email. In this case, free shipping over $200 is for other products only.
It can take about 4~10 days to make the products. It's normally delivered by EMS, but some countries where EMS are not available can be shipped by UPS.
해외 배송지가 일본인 경우, 현지 배송사인 SAGAWA와 YAMATO를 이용하고 있습니다. EMS보다 배송비가 더 저렴합니다.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
